If you enjoy the beautiful Christmas lights just like I do…there is still time to enjoy the Roper Mountain Lights through Dec. 30th.  It opens at 6 nightly and also features a walk through.  Also, the Holiday Lights Safari Benefit takes place at Hollywild Animal Park in Inman…it runs through Jan. 2nd.  Take a deep breath and lets all get ready for 2010…hope it’ll be a fanatastic year for you…Lee

I hope you had a good weekend…like me.  After working on the air Sataurday afternoon….it was off to have dinner with one my favorite families…the Maddoxs.  The Christmas parade on Saturday was very festive and then on Sunday, my sunday school class had its Christmas luncheon at Soby’s…now how good is that.  Only have a few more gifts to buy for my sister and her family….thanks for sharing the Holiday Magic  with  Magic 98.9

It’s no secret that non-profit organizations are in a bind this year due to the economy.   They must still provide assistance 24/7 with dwindling donations.  There is a great commentary by Mary Ann Pires in Friday’s Greenville News with some  ideas on how you can be of assistance, even though it may be on a small scale.  Please read it….have a great Christmas season.   Lee
