Don’t know whether you’ve seen this but I found it really facinating…Forbes magazine has released its annual list of the world’s 100 most powerful women and coming in at number one is German Chancellor Angela Merkel followed by U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Cinton, Brazillian President Dilma Rousseff, PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi and Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg.  You’ll find this interesting…Lady GaGa was 11th, Beyonce was 18th and Oprah Winfrey slipped a little this year to number 14th. …Stacie Bartro should be somewhere on that list…:)….talk with you later….Lee

I have on occasions watched the show Two and a Half Men…and now that Charlie Sheen is no longer a part of the cast..a website called PopEater.com is reporting that producers of the show are trying to get Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Denise Richards to appear on the sitcom’s season premiere.  Now, isn’t that a new twist but Denise has not responded to any of these reports.  If you watch this show, CBS president Leslie Moonves says he has high expectations for Ashton Kutcher’s debut episode next month.  I guess I’ll tune in to see what all the changes are about…talk with you later…Lee

The other day, I really received a ton of responses to something I said on my Facebook..and it was that Casey Anthony’s parents will appear on the season premier of The Dr. Phil TV show next month on September 12th.  The show will center around the public scrutiny the Anthonys have faced after their daughter Casey was acquitted last month of killing her two year old daughter Caylee in 2008.  The show is not paying the Anthonys for the interview but was asked to donate to Caylee’s Fund, a charity organization they started to advocate for the rights of grandparents of missing children. We’ll be watching this show for sure…talk with you later…Lee

I was reading an article recently by Phillip Humbert and he was talking about happiness and how good it is for us both mentally and physically so let me share 4 of his suggestions for a happy life.  Number One…Take happiness seriously.  It is a goal, a skill and a result of living a life consistant with your values.  Number Two…Notice what makes you happy and do more of it.  Number Three…Be happy today.  Don’t let happiness depend on “what happens”.   Its a do it yourself project. and Number Four..Invest in happiness.  Laugh every day, be kind and do something nice for someone, learn something new, dream big and dream often…..There you go…Try it and I will too….Talk with you later…Lee

I’ve gotten some interesting comments about a post on our Magic facebook page about the upcoming season of Two and a Half Men….with Charlie Sheen gone and Ashton Kutcher coming on board. The question was …will you be watching this season which will be the 9th?  Most of the respondents said that they would be watching  just out of curiosity to see if the new show peeks their interest.  The same holds true for me…I did watch it from time to time…talk with you later…Lee
