About a year ago I made a change in my eating habits and recently I found an article in Health Magazine that enforced my decision…..I started eating little mini meals about every three hours and that is one of the suggestions for a more healthy lifestyle mentioned in one of the latest editions .  That habit prevents you from eating too much at one time…makes alot of sense.  Some of the other ways include skipping the munchies that include white flour and sugar and begin lunch or dinner with a veggie-rich salad.  There is more helpful advice at the magazine’s web site www.health.com
