I’m a little late in wishing former Greenville mayor Max Heller a very happy 90th birthday which he celebrated last week.   I had the priviledge of knowing Max when I was doing news work in another lifetime.  His forethought was instrumental in making Greenville an international city and is credited in making downtown what it is today.  His dedication to the Greenville community is one of great inspiration.  Next time you’re downtown, take some time to admire the Max Heller sculpture and the surrounding Legacy Plaza.    Talk with you again soon….Lee
