I’m guilty of not getting enough sleep each night and a new study says that people who slept for less than six hours each night were 12 percent more likely to die prematurely before age 65.  Six to eight hours is what’s recommended.  Maybe the naps that I grab in the afternoons will make up for the difference…I sure hope so.  So don’t deprive yourself  of the proper amount of sleep…it may be as simple as changing some of your habits.  So start getting those zzzzzzz….Lee
